Refund Policy

At Atechnolab, we aim to deliver high-quality digital services including Design, Development, Marketing, Blogging, eCommerce solutions, and Support. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided once work has started or been delivered. However, we ensure fair handling of all refund-related requests.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Project has not been started after payment
  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Failure to deliver agreed services within the stated timeline (without valid reason)
  • Mutual agreement between client and company

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Work already completed or delivered
  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Delay caused by client-side communication or missing information
  • Partial completion of a project due to client cancellation
  • Digital marketing or SEO services already executed

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be offered based on:

  • Work completed percentage
  • Resources already used
  • Project progress stage

The final decision will be made by Atechnolab management.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Provide project details and payment proof
  • Allow 3–7 business days for review

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

6. Service Cancellation

Clients may request project cancellation at any time. However:

  • Completed work will be billed accordingly
  • No refund is guaranteed after project initiation
